Mineral Spa at Hepburn Springs is an award winning spa recognised as Daylesford's first true destination spa. Located in Victoria's 'spa' country just 75 minutes from Melbourne, the retreat uses the healing qualities of the region's mineral springs.

The spa combines Indigenous healing techniques and the outstanding spa product lines of Li'Tya (organic Australian product) and Pevonia (natural advanced skin technology) with state of the art relaxation technology.

It houses a relaxation room, three open-air mineral water plunge pools, 2 saunas, a steam room and 11 treatment rooms.

The three outdoor plunge pools are open to the elements to the north, whilst covered by the roof for those chilly Daylesford days.

The Retreat has both and indoor lounge areas where in winter you can sit in front of the fire with a herbal tea or for warmer days lounge on the terrace in our day beds with a chilled water or ensure that you are completely relaxed.

For must have treatments try one of our Li’Tya Body Rituals, or try the new Pevonia Caviar Facial the 'ultimate anti-ageing treatment'. Another unique feature is our soft pack beds (floating water beds) and hydrotherapy baths (180 Jets).

We also offer three to five day packages (Wellness programs) incorporating treatments/retreat, yoga, meditation, bush walks, accommodation and spa cuisine.

The Mineral Spa was recently a winner in the 2006 Weekend Australian Travel & Tourism Awards for Best Destination Spa Experience.

Springs and pools: The Retreat water therapy zone emphasises health and wellness through our 100% natural mineral water. Two 37 degree mineral-water plunge spa pools revive and relax and a cooler plunge pool invigorates – all whilst overlooking our landscaped gardens.

Sauna: Essential-oil infused European basalt stone bath sauna and infrared detox box

Peppers Springs Retreat
Built in 1935, the main Retreat has been beautifully restored, combining the character of the Art Deco period with modern decor using rich warm colours. Guests can enjoy a quiet read by open fires in the guest lounge or perhaps a game of billiards, followed by a long drink in the bar. Accommodation includes a choice of 42 individual stylish rooms (many with balconies), luxury spa suites and new Spa Villas that are ideal for a weekend, short break, romantic escape or getaway. The recent addition of the 1864 refurbished Villa Parma now adds an extra dimension to the overall experiences.
